چکیده

In this work, we analyze the impact of output filter design techniques aimed to reduce conducted emissions at a DCDC power converter. A thorough analysis, based on high-frequency circuit models converter, is performed assess expected improvements offered by different strategies. This analysis then confronted with measurements 300 W 48 V 12 Phase Shift Full Bridge (PSFB) prototype. Those experimental results demonstrate that symmetric arrangement LC and direct bonding return terminal converter chassis are effective common mode output. also symmetry can in differential high frequencies, where conversion predominant contribution noise. However, may be ineffective frequencies due parasitic inductance associated connection. Main conclusions drawn for applicable general isolated converters voltage step between low sides. Since reduction studied here do not increase number components, they especially suitable applications density an important requirement, e.g., aerospace or automotive applications.

Simulation of Combined Boost Converter Behavior with Positive Output Voltage and Investigation of Voltage Ripple at Output

In this paper, the behavior of a hybrid back-boost converter with a positive output voltage is simulated. This converter consists of an amplifier voltage converter called KY converter and a modified synchronous converter (SR). The converter operates in continuous conduction mode (CCM) and has a non-shock output current, reducing the current stress in the output capacitor and reducing the output...

Analytical calculation of resonant inductance for zero voltage switching in phase-shifted full-bridge converters

The phase shift full bridge (PSFB) converter allows high efficiency power conversion at high frequencies through zero voltage switching (ZVS); the parasitic drain-to-source capacitance of the MOSFET is discharged by a resonant inductance before the switch is gated resulting in near zero turn-on switching losses. Typically, an extra inductance is added to the leakage inductance of a transformer ...

Analysis and Design Considerations of Zero-Voltage and Zero-Current-Switching (ZVZCS) Full-Bridge PWM Converters

Abstract– In this paper, a detailed analysis of the zerovoltage and zero-current-switching (ZVZCS) full-bridge PWM converters is performed. The differences of the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) operation between the conventional ZVS full-bridge PWM converters and the ZVZCS full-bridge PWM converters are analyzed in depth. Circuit parameters that affect the soft-switching conditions are examined a...
